How do I find the item I want to buy?

Find on home page the category of the item you want to buy (in the category list on the top of the page below the site title), move your mouse to the category name, you will see a list of sub-categories. Choose the one your item belongs to, and you will to transfer to the product page. You can choose the item you want to buy here.

How do I place an order?

After click the item you are looking for, select size and fill in quantity, and then click Add to Cart. Review the items in your shopping cart. Click Continue and you will be transferred to the payment page. Please indicate the destination for the product, the method of payment and the billing address. Review your order information. You may edit your address and payment information. Select “Process Order” to complete checkout. Do not forget to keep the order information in a secure place in case that you may need to check your order status.

How to track my order?

After we ship it, we will email the tracking number and real shipping picture to you (the email address you used when you made the order), so you can check your order status any time. And please remember to check your email frequent after you pay for the order, because if we have any questions, we will email to you.

How do I can change my order or cancel my order?

When we received your payment, we will send your order to the factory within few hours. So if you real want to change it or cancel it, we hope you can tell us within few hours. Because after we send the order to the factory to prepare, it is difficult to stop the parcel for you. So we hope you can understand.

What are the return, exchange and refund policies?

We accept returns within 7 days upon arrival. When you receive the product and found a defect, please contact us soonest possible. Please take a picture and provide description of the defect you find. The watch should not have a scratch, no links should be removed, leather band must not be cut and no parts must be replaced.
You may find loose parts which is possible due to shipping. But we are happy to have the watch return back to us and fix. Regardless, you may contact us on first hand fixing which you may be able to do yourself for lesser time consuming.
If you wish to return the watch after 7 days, you will not be refunded at all costs

How long does it take for the watch to arrive from the time i order?

Please allow 24-36 hours for your payment to be approved. Once payment is final, your products will be sorted, sent to final QA, then to packing. For free shipping, you will receive the package in 7-10 business days. For shipping from the UK office, please allow 10-14 busiess days after payment has been approved.

Do you ship to an address different from the billing address of the credit card?

If your shipping address does not match with your billing address, you will need to verify that you are the payment or credit card holder. We will require a self asserted photocopy of your credit card. This is to avoid the fraudulent attempt and to protect the real credit card owner.

How do I can return the items to your company?

1>If there’s defect of goods . We can give some compensation if you accept and if you want return we can accept it .
Please contact us before you do any return .Thanks for your help.
2>If the product quality no problem, we can’t to accept the return . Such as the size is small for you, or when you received your order, you find you don’t like it etc..

How many payment methods do you accept?

We can received the payment through Visa Card, Master Card, Western Union and Money Gram and Transferwise.(We will give you 10-12% discount if you pay it by western union/MoneyGrma/Transferwise, it can save you much money).
